Here you can see our growing on ponds where fish are placed from fry stage. Each pond houses varying sizes of fish.
From the ponds, the fish are netted and graded, ready to enter the recirculation system for sale.
We have a large variety of fish available including Go-Sanke, Purachina, Ogohn, Cha-goi, Shusui, Harowaki etc. Obviously sizes are subject to availibility.
Seven Oaks are always striving to improve the quality of fish and a new fish house is being built in Autumn 2005.
